Bought a fishing reel on May 13. I used it for three days, then it broke on July 7th. I carried it and the receipt to Walmart for a refund since the reel is no longer available. I was interrogated by someone who MAY have been a Co-manager about WHY I was just now bringing it back. He said it was after the Walmart warranty period. I pointed out that the policy was 90 days, not 60 days. Then he said that didn't apply to everything. I searched the official Walmart policy, and there is NO mention about fishing reels not being able to be returned upon failure within the 90 day period. I got a little heated when he started questioning my integrity and reasons for the return. He didn't even know his own store policy. Then he told me not to come back to his store again.
