Hi I was returning a garment in perfect condition without my receipt unfortunately but with all tickets on to your Dumfries store, and I asked if I could get a smaller size in place of or a credit voucher,and was told that I could not return. This was a few days after your store had reopened and explained I could not come sooner because of lockdown and apologised for this. I shop a lot in your stores and felt very upset by your assistant refusing to exchange without an explanation given. Obviously the assistant does not know the customer has rights. I trust you will deal with. Your Mrs. P. Crosbie
