CVS return policy is misleading and untruthful. I purchased an electric shaver @ the end of April. At the time of purchase, the cashier and manager said that there are no returns until things opens up. They promised that they will refund in June once covid-19 cases subsides in our area. I went back today and they said that now they a policy where no one can return if was purchased during the pandemic. My item is unopened and have save the receipt. Store manger said that hang to it for few more months (5-6 months) as they may give me the store credit, if anything changes.
