Hi <br /> With reference to return policy at TKMaxx .I recently call instore to return item pre lockdown unfortunately I didn't have receipt. However all tags inplace and unworn.<br /> I was asked to prove the purchase from the store either by bank statement or card. The item was purchased using cash, the response from manager was what date did I purchase said item so she could either check till roll or cctv for that day ,who can remember things like that.The last remark from store manager prior to me leaving was why should my till be down refund amount when you might not have bought from my store. Customer service were of very little help as they said it was at manager discretion . Disappointed with there attitude.
