I purchased a clothing item on April 14th which when I got home didn't fit. I tried to return it the next day (all tags still on & the receipt) and was told that they couldn't accept returns on clothing at that time due to Covid-19 but that I would not have a problem returning it at a later date when Walmart started accepting returns again. I just went in to return it on June 21st and was told that they were not accepting any clothing returns on anything purchased before April 20th. WHAT!! I've been patiently waiting to return this item and now, without any notifications, Walmart has decided to randomly pick a cutoff date? I'm still within their normal 90 day return policy so what gives!! Customer Service at the store just shrugged their shoulders and said this is the corporate policy. I contacted Corporate and they said they would reach out to my store. Waiting to hear from them.
