I bought a blood glucose monitor and the other items that have to go with it in order for me to check my blood glucose. So the monitor does not work. So i went to Walmart to return the monitor and the lady at customer service told me that i could not exchange it or get my money back because of the covid 19 and i truly understand that. So i called the manager to see how could i exchange or get my money back and she told me to go to their website. So i did and you have to go through so much red tape to go through to get your money back. So i have gotten aggravated and i am not going through all of that to get my refund back. Its wrong of them to put the customer through all that stuff. So i didn't get my money back also. Plus i had to buy another blood glucose monitor and stuff that i have to have to go with that. I lost my money on that. I spend too much money with them to have to go through this scenario. I guess i have to bite the bullet on this one. I am disappointed with Walmart. ?
