I feel somewhat relieved to hear that others are experiencing the same delays as I am in receiving my refund from Old Navy. I mailed my items back and they were received in Mid-May- no refund yet. I can not get in touch with anyone from customer service. I even tried their online chat, was unable to get it to work. I call as soon customer service opens, never can connect with anyone. I'm really frustrated. I understand that there will be delays due to the pandemic but this is unacceptable that there are no available representatives to keep us in the loop. I am getting close to 30 days since they receive my return. If it goes past 30 days, what is the next step?
