I placed an order on 4/10 & received everything fine except one item was broken. I emailed & received a reply that I would have to answer a series of questions & then attach pictures of the busted item. I did so & have heard nothing back since. I've sent 2 more follow up emails as well & still nothing. Very disappointed with Hobby Lobby & their customer service & will Not likely shop online or in store again.
