Received the wrong Wii U game in the mail (online order) and it was also defective! So I immediately mailed it back, customer service told me I couldn't get a refund as it's been more than 7 days since purchase (which is hilarious Bc I tested it as soon as I received it and shipped back the very next day), and suggested I apply for a replacement game. So I replied that that's acceptable, and asked what I needed to do. No reply. I guess I'll try again.
