We pitched switch controllers on 4/22 UPS LOST order. We have been trying to get in contact with Game Stop since Tuesday 4/28. <br /> Sent out three emails. Called three times. First call on hold for 1hr 51 min, 2nd call 54min, 3rd call 40min and this is tight when customer service opens. Called Corp # tried getting a love person from any dep. no luck. This is terrible. Next step filing a complaint with BBB
