Same issue as everyone else. I bought a "refurbished" Nintendo Switch 2 weeks ago and it doesn't work. I have sent emails and no one has replied. I got the 1yr warranty but at this point I don't know what's that going to get me. I'm on hold on their 1-800 number as I type -been on hold for and hour. At this point I just want my money back.
