My son saved his money and purchased a refurbished PS-4 console for $340.00 The console did not work. If kept freezing, it would not download games and it never operated correctly. He attempted to call customer service and stayed on the phone for 2 and a half hours. Noone ever answered. He then went to UPS to return the item and was told that he did not have the correct return label. He ended up having to pay an additional $54 to return the console and still has been unable to contact customer service. We are not sure what action they will take, but he could have purchased a brand new console for what he has paid thus far. Customer service is terrible.
