I was informed I have to pay return fees or wait until a store opens. I did not receive an invoice or return information in my package but located these return addresses on their website. All companies are having a difficult time during this crisis. I love JCP and pray they are able to re-open once this is over unlike other major department stores that are having to file bankruptcy. Give them a little slack during this crisis I am sure they are very short staffed which is why they do not answer the phones.
