I purchased a coffee maker April 8,2020. I brought it home opened the box to look at the machine for damage to find it wasn't what I wanted. I returned it I'm the next day to find I could not Return because of the covid 19 and was told to hang onto the receipt till a later date when they lifted the return policy. I returned today to find out if it was lifted and was told I could not return it because it was opened. How is this right? I was not informed at point of purchase that it would not be refunded. I want my money back!
