I ordered on line 12 yds of trim for curtains and received the wrong order after waiting for a month to receive it. I am trying to return the item that is not what I ordered but did not find anything related to a shipping label to return the item so I don't have to pay for shipping something that I did not order. I have gone to all the customer support links and can't find anything related to shipping back something that I did not order without having to pay for shipping. I am so dissapointed in Hobby Lobby. I know another lady is waiting for her order that I received as her name is on the package. Maybe she got my order!
