I too, bought Disney on Ice tickets back in November, for a May show. Thanks to coronavirus (rather the public reaction to it), the show was cancelled back on March 15, with an initial email stating I should receive my full refund (fees, taxes and all) 15-21 days from that date. It is now over 30 days, and no refund. I try calling or chatting and get the instant message stating the event was cancelled and I should receive a refund within 30 days. Within 30 days of when is what I wonder? Is it within 30 days of me being declared dead? It certainly isn't within 30 days of venue and show cancellation. I do understand they have an enormous cancellation schedule and many refunds because of it, but if they can charge me in a day, they can refund me in a day.
