Had the same problem Steven had and still not resolved. <br /> <br /> Purchased a comforter on April 1, 2020. Never removed it from the plastic bag it was packaged in at the factory. Took it back on April 5th. <br /> Before I could even get it out of my basket to put on the counter in Customer Service the rude employee hollered out no,no we are not taking any bedding, blankets, etc back because of the virus. I told her it had never been opened. She said that doesn't matter. Well hell, it matters to me. I'm out $65 bucks. You don't sell products with changes to your return policy and nothing posted where you the customer can see it. Not right. It seems to me when the employees put on that blue jacket they think it makes them Sam Walton himself. Well I'm not through and as far as I'm concerned, their employees are worse than any COVID-19. (Please forgive me, those of you who have suffered any illness or death or any other kind of loss because of the virus. I mean no disrespect to you or your families.
