I bought a controller with a warranty. Controller stopped working a few months after purchase. "No problem" I'm thinking. I'll just return it and switch it out for a new one like I always do. GameStop gives a great big hypothetical "we're going out of business soon so fk you" to me. Went to the store and they will not honor or exchange any items due to COVID19 but if I buy a completely new controller then fk COVID19 we will go to the door and give you that same controller we owed you anyway.
