My husband did some online shopping and asked me to return the items that were large in size. I went to the store with the original packing, tags and receipt. The woman at the store pulled up my receipt and said it was past 45 days due, so she could only give me an in-store credit. She tore up the receipt. She then took my driver's license and tried to return the items and give Me an in-store credit and then said it was denied because apparently I was over the limit that was set for returns without a receipt. She printed out a transaction id for the denial which basically gives you no information but a legal disclaimer about some return activity report. She told me some other family member could try to return using their driver's license. Well my son went and tried to return and this time they pulled the stunt that only someone over 18 is allowed to return. Since he was 16 and half year old he was not allowed to return even though he has a valid Ohio drivers license. I looked up their return policy online and nowhere does it talk about someone having to be 18 years old to return. Goodbye, Old Navy. With this aweful return policy, you have definitely lost my family's business. Here is the store number 05678, date: 03/01/2020
