Purchased a Cricut Air 2 from Hobby Lobby. I specifically asked the employees working there several times if I would return the item if I didn't like it. I was told each time that, yes, if I tried it and I didn't like it, I could absolutely return it. He also went so far as to say I probably wouldn't want to return it because I'd love it. Well, today, not even a week after my purchase, I tried to return the machine. I was told I couldn't and that their new corporate policy is not returns on Cricut items. The store manager apologized and said that she would make sure that it was a training issue and the associate should have never told me they would accept a return on it. Well, wow that was an almost $250 training mistake for ME! I'm now stuck with a machine I don't want because the manager failed to train her employees about the new return policy?! I will shop from Amazon from now on.
