I ordered a beer home brewery kit and tracking said it had arrived at the store but there was a delay. After waiting an additional 3 days I contacted them to be told my item was "lost" and they are so sorry, do I want a refund or to reorder? I reordered. Checking tracking of item and it says ready for pick up in NY. I am in Oceanside, CA. So I contact them to be told....wait for it.....there as some confusion with my order and it was "lost". Not once, but twice??!! So now they can only offer me a refund which still has not shown up on my credit card.
