I recently ordered and prepayed for Xmas cards online at Wal-Mart photo for 1hr photo. 2 days went by and still no photos . i called and canceled order. Was told i would get refund in 3-5days. They charge posted to my account. I also received email that order was canceled and it said they didn't charge me so no refund was given. I called and spoke with someone she told me they didn't take money it was on hold. It will come off. I said no it won't it posted its not pending. She proceeded to tell me no its pending and she would give me and authorization code to give my bank. I called my bank . woman said there was nothing she could do to reverse the charge because it was posted except fraud charge and for me to send all the emails. So i did all that and sent. Hopefully I get my money back. Never got the pictures. They have my money and need better customer service agents that you can understand and not just repeat themselves and read word for word off a computer.
