I have been shopping at the NH Hobby Lobby for a long time. I will now be taking my business to Michael's instead. I walked in to return a few items that had been opened and used but were defective. And was VERY rudely told that I would not get a refund and that I was out of luck. I told them to throw the items away as I could not use them and they were useless to me. I called customer service to let them know that the products I bought was defective and how rudely I was talked to by TWO managers as well as some kid behind the counter. I got a call back from customer service and was told "that the art department manager said she would happy exchange the products but I was DEMANDING my money back and how she was explaining to me how I used the product wrong and how the ink reservoir had too much ink"...Yea..no. I have been doing calligraphy for over ten years..I think I know how to work a dip pen and ink. The way in was talked to in the store in front of other people was absolutely disgusting and embarrassing.. I will NEVER EVER shop here again. I will get my craft products from Michael's and Amazon!
