I bought a Halloween costume after Halloween ,just to reserve it for my daughter next year. But the quality of the costume is so bad, the decoration on costume keep falling down while I took it out from the bag.<br /> I went to store to return it, but the cashier turn me down,saying they can't sell the Halloween costume in store so I cannot return it to store....Then why don't specify it in website while I order online? I would not purchase it if I knew that in advance.
