Online order for store pick was inconvenient. Horrible experience. I placed the order at 8:30am. Order was ready to pick up arpund 1pm. And I got an email stating one of the items was out of stock and would be refunded. And one other item was not available for same day pick up and would be mailed out. I go to the store. The items were right there and there was plenty in stock. I ask the store clerk if I can just take the items with me since I was still charged the total amount for all items. She said no. That they couldn't cancel a mail order and that they already scanned the barcode and a refund will be processed. 5 days later (business days) I'm still pending for the transaction to be finalized and process. And nothing.
