Boy most of you perople need to get a clue. How can they refund your shipping when they had to pay to ship it to you. Oreder the minimum to get free shipping. Its called online shopping and it keeps you from having to drive tot the store. AS far as buying fake jewelry the descriptions tell you what material it is made from. Read it before you buy. Also you do not have to call to return. I just put it in a box with a receipt and get a refund.
