I shop the Union st. Store in Tacoma. I tried to exchange pajamas I purchased on Nov 2nd, with cash, on Nov 3rd. I lost my receipt. All I wanted was a smaller size. The clerk told me she couldn't help me, as Wal-Mart no longer did returns or exchanges without one. I really wanted my pajamas in the correct size, so I got a new set, and was at a register paying cash for them, when I noticed this customer service clerk scowling at me and talking on the phone. I'm going to try to return these extra p.j. I PAID FOR again. If I get hassled, or the run around, or made to feel like a theif or a liar again....I'm going to join my friends at Target.PERMINANTLY!
