Bought a game yesterday, brought it home that night. Doesn't work. Returned this morning to get store credit to apply that $ toward another purchase. Was not able to. Customer service and supervisor kept repeating some line about copyright laws instead of applying some common sense. I originally wanted my money back but was fine with store credit. I simply explained that I could not tell if it worked if it was unopened. Got dead eyes. It's 2019. Let all grow up and apply some old fashioned common else and actual customer service. Just lost a frequent customer over $9.
