Im so frustrated on my order. I ordered online because i want to avail this thermos that was Sold in all the store i went that day.. prior to that i just bought items the same day and order online just to get that thermos for my niece.. i did not receive my online item.. the tracking number are not updated it says delivered.. i called customer service they said they will replace it.. again the tracking number are not updated!!!!! Now i got my items but i don't have my free thermos! I called customer service and that person i talked too are not nice at all and she said that the thermos is not available no more! It is very frustrating! I ordered online for that thermos to make my niece happy then now im super pissed! It is not my fault that i did not receive the item at first and now i dont have the thermos.
