Walmart has always been great about refunds and exchanges, however they apparently have extremely crappy customer service after 10pm. I tried to call the Walmart on overland and Cole in boise, Id 9/24/19 at 10:50pm to verify the exchange policy before i drove all the way to the store. I tried three different lines they provided and the phone was never answered, it just continued to ring. I stayed on the line for a full 15 minutes and the phone was never answered. I have also been in the store at that hour and heard a phone ringing continuously for ten or fifteen minutes. I am pretty sure if i can hear it throughout the store then an associate can also hear it but the phone was still ringing when i left the store. It was beyond annoying. If they have some policy that the general public is unaware of that they don't have to answer the phone after a certain hour then maybe Walmart should consider shutting their phone lines off at that hour, it is possible to do this and would be a lot less frustrating for the people trying to call and a hell of a lot less annoying for those shoppers in the store who have to listen to the incessant ringing.
