I recently bought a 16ft summer wave pool from Walmart in Anadarko Oklahoma, on June 27th 2019. As soon as it was half full we noticed a small leak coming from underneath the pool. With in a few days of it being full the leak stopped. A week ago it started up again and was getting so bad we had to had water every day. So we decided to drain and and fix it but couldn't find the hole so we decide to bring it back. I was told we had 90 days to return. Today is August 8, so we only had the pool 6 weeks and Wal-Mart told us that the 90 day return doesn't work like that and they couldn't take the pool back for an exchange, money back or store credit. When I contacted Walmart a week ago I was told there is a 90 return on the pool I purchased. I don't understand how this Walmart can make up rules as they go. The associates didn't know the policies they kept looking back at the mangers which didn't come and talk to me. All they said at the end was Walmart has never let anyone return pools. Which is a lie I know people who have returned them for different reasons. It doesn't state anywhere on Walmart's website that pools don't have the 90 return policy.
