Last week i bought a easy up. 4 panel canopy. Enclosure thinking it was a tent me and my grandkids and my 2 small dogs drove up to the mountains and then hiked in about 5 miles to go camping and "gold mining" when we got there i realized i made a mistake because i needed a tent so we slept in it anyways on the dirt floor but the one pole wouldnt stay up causing it all to fall over .all week on vacation i worried about the kids and dogs getting out or the wild animals getting in ! As soon as we came down the hill i went to the first walmart i came across to return it for a regular tent so that we could enjoy our last week of vacation more secure in a zipped up safe tent ...just a simple exchange but the walmart manager told me new policy at ALL WALMARTS are no refunds no exchanges or returns without a reciept. Which i know isnt true this is walmart in Azusa CA. I believe the manager was discriminating against me because i was dirty from camping and she assumed i was homeless as there is a big homeless population at this walmarts parking lot . Our whole family is disapointed. But im still hoping to get tge tent and take them. Before summer is over... Calling corporate office in the morning to see if they will help?
