I went to WalMart at 5400 South Redwood in Taylorsville, Utah to make a return. Two of the customer service agents could not be more rude and condescending to me. After the first one walked away from me and left me standing there with the unresolved issue, a supervisor came over and made matter worse by saying that according to policy, he did not have to make the return, because he did not like the way I was addressing my concern, although I had my receipt. I went home and reviewed your policy. Nowhere did it say that a customer could not return some shorts with the receipt and the tags attached within 2 weeks. That was a blatant lie! Therefore, I suggest that your employees learn the WalMart policy thoroughly. VERY DISAPPOINTED!
