I returned a beach towel yesterday to the Walmart in Salem Oregon on Turner Rd. I couldn't find my receipt and was willing and expected to just get the amount put on a gift card....oh not anymore, I only got a fraction of what I paid without a receipt because they can only give you what they are on sale for at present time...w/o the receipt. A total jip!!!
