I bought a Bluetooth car charger($12.99) from the Walmart in Charlotte NC, the University location that tried to return on the same day I purchased it. However, I was told by a customer representative with my receipt that I could not return it because it was not in the box which was not stated in the return policy. I knew this was ridiculous and that she was enjoying the "power of refusal " also by hearing a loud conversation with another workmate she said she was leaving, so why would she care. The bad experience carried over into the next day when I called to speak to management I was on hold for 20 minutes and was finally told by Mya? that I could return it so now I will have to make another trip there. What made this less than $15 item so very frustrating was the fact <br /> that this employee did NOT want to render customers service. I hope her next job will grant her peace. The lesson I learned and now that is verified do not shop at a Walmart with a horrible reputation.
