i bought a phone. it would not charge. Soon as I iot a chance I took it back, about 2 1/2 weeks later. The person who is now manager is always rude. They would not refund me, they said, hatefully, that they dont do refunds on those. I said i'd like to just exchange it, but they wouldn't do it. Now i've bought many of these throughout time, whether for myself or for others, and if need be, they were refunded. Also, i've seen the boxes sitting there, ripped open aod re-taped almost every time, showing they've been returned, and i've seen them stuck right back on the shelf. And this is all while that same manager worked there, too. Also as i was shopping, i askd where something was. He mumbled as he was looking down, writing something. I politely said i'm sorry, i couldn't understand what he'd said. He literally got mad, looked angrily at me and loudly repeated it. At checkout, he was just plain mean, and said other hateful stuff. By the time i left, i was just about in tears. It was over $143, which certainly contributed to his paycheck. And the time before that was over $130+. I literally feel abused by this person, every time i've had to go by there. Corporate, why are you letting this go on? This person needs to be let go and replaced. Doing management, or any other job, is not worth the rude, uncalled for mistreatment of your loyal customers, or anyone else. -From Pilot Mtn, <br /> NC.
