Hello I am trying to exchange a Fitbit that I bought from the store which is within 90 days. Just need a different model than what I have. My husband purchased it as a gift for me 4/11/2019 at the Walmart Super store in Eastlake OH. I have the original box and receipt unopened and have not used it at all. I went to the store yesterday 7/6/2019 and they will not exchange it citing policy. The store advertised policy in the electronics section has nothing about activity devices being on the exception list. I took a picture of the posted policy so I can read it closely. My receipt has no information that this is on an exception list either. The store asked me to take my grievance up with the corporate office. I would like to return this device for a different model that is more inline with what I need and would appreciate help because the information provided to me at the store and on my receipt is either not updated or different from what is online. Since I bought it from the store why would I go online to check return policy for this specific item? I am not happy about this at all. <br /> Frustrated, <br /> <br /> J Colwill
