Marshall's Store Return Policy/Customer Service<br /> I was very disappointed with the assistant manager today when we tried to return an defective kitchen appliance which was purchased 5 days ago. She unreasonably refused to be flexible and did not issue a refund nor offer a store credit, stating that their policy states that if a product had been used, it cannot be accepted for refund. What?? You buy a product, you use it, its defective. The return policy does not make sense. In California, when a product is defective, it does not meet the reasonable expectations of a consumer, the retailer is responsible in issuing a refund since the product does not work in the manner intended. Marshall customer service is appalling.
