I am returning an item I purchased online on May 6. I have the online receipt and called them ahead of time. I no longer have the card I used to pay since I lost it last week. I was told they would put it on the card and I would have to transfer it over. We will see how this goes. I live in Philadelphia and I am returning the item to the Columbus Blvd location. Even though that store can get crazy, I have never had any issues with returns, purchases etc. the staff is normally very kind. I will update this post after the return...
