I bought a tent and took it camping this weekend. When we tried to set it up one of the four main poles snapped. 1/3 of the tent was unusable but we were out in the forest so had to use it. I decided to return it to the store. I had proof of purchase. They refused to take it back because it was damp. So they sell faulty products and then make up random policies? I can find nothing on refusing products like this. I had already been hesitant to buy from Wal-Mart, and now I know why. Finally, although it might sound strange coming from someone who went camping, I am disabled. Getting the tent into a cart then into the store was hard enough, but having to put it back in my car then do this all over again makes me mad. I will be hurting for at least two days. Thank you, Wal-Mart for your terrible customer service.
