My wife loves to shop at TJ Maxx in Fountain Valley, recently while shopping there she has an item return but has the wrong receipt, but she buys over $100, the shirt she returns $14 when the cashier told her wrong receipt she willing to get store credit toward her purchase, or they can look up her transaction she charges in TJ Maxx master card. they said can't look up, the coordinator name Mckinney refuse the return, she said from now on return without receipt not accept, that why company let you send a receipt to email, but nowadays many people still don't have email, like my mom, wife, aunt, even paid online. I look up the return policy here Maxx accepts returns without receipt in-store, so you dont need to worry if you accidentally lost the receipt. For returning the non-receipted items, reach the nearest store along with your valid photo ID and your return will be processed. If eligible for returns, you will get the refund in the form of a merchandise credit. This merchandise credit can be used at any of the TJ Maxx stores in your country. She has her CDL and told them she just bought this 2 week ago, tag everything still, she like the shirt but to tight, and you will ask why she does not try on while shopping there, she doesn't have time. While she shops I seat there to wait for her, I have seen customer upset when she hears Miss McKinney, and Nancy told them you can't return without receipts. If the company change returns policy PLEASE POST and gives them some time to know the new policy. This TJ Maxx, not a place for us to shop anymore, we love to shop here. Nôt really appreciate the way Ms McKinney treat the customer, the way she treats
