Famous Footwear's customer service leaves a lot to be desired. My debit card was compromised, so naturally, I had it deactivated by my bank. I emailed FF and was told there's not an alternative way to receive my refund, MY money!<br /> I have to go to my bank and straighten out this mess, even though it was caused by them.<br /> This is an arrogant way to treat customers.<br /> Obviously, I will not shop with them again. I will do my part to make sure their poor business practices are well known.
