Being a very loyal customer for years, I attempted to return 2 pairs of pants that I lost the receipt for and the card look up wasn't locating my items bought under 45 days ago; not the first time. Ok, I can exchange for something else like I have in the past...WRONG. So apparently, because I already exchanged without receipt twice before, I am placed on a 180 days wait and was totally belittled by manager Stephen at the Pasadena store. This new return without receipt policy was not posted anywhere in store nor did they let me know previously that if I exchange without receipt, I may not be eligible for another exchange after 2 times. I'm not a serial return without receipt customer and all I wanted to do ws have them return it to my card but the look up isn't always reliable and I was not offered a receipt by email which should be the responsibility of the employee to offer. Don't scold me in front of other customers and belittle me. Very unprofessional for a manager.....Stephen from ON Pasadena. I hope they go down like Gap is.
