Purchased a necklace at the TJMaxx here in Stafford VA.. I tried the necklace on in the store it didn't come apart but when I took the price tag off the necklace had a broken link. Remind u I paid 149.99 plus tax for this necklace. Took it there to exchange they didn't have the necklace in stock. Took it there today the manager takes it apart even after she told me she couldn't exchange it without the receipt. However I see TJMaxx policy says they can exchange or give a store credit without receipt. I had connected the link back on and THIS LADY HAD THE NERVE AND ORDASITY TOO pull it apart WHY WOULD SHE FEEL TO EVEN PUT HER HANDS ON MY NECKLACE IF SHE COULDN'T EXCHANGE IT. I DID NOT WANT MY MONEY I WANTED MY NECKLACE REPLACED. SHE SAID THEY DON'T REPLACE WITHOUT RECEIPT. AGAIN TJMAXX POLICY SAYS THEY DO. I STILL CAN'T GRASP ONTO HER PULLING IT BACK APART. THEN PUT IT BACK ON THE COUNTERTOP AFTER SHE TOOK IT APART. I SPEND TOO MUCH MONEY IN THIS STORE FOR THIS IGNORANCE!!!
