This is what I don't understand once so ever is how a store can deny you a return when you have the original purchase receipt the item has been unopened it does not fall within any of the other restrictions for return stated in the return policy. And the denial was because the Walgreens rewards number doesn't match the one used to purchase the item. A friend of mine ran to the store to purchase the item for me I have no idea what number to use because it wasn't theirs and I couldn't get ahold of him at the time. But nowhere in the return policy doesn't say anything about a Rewards membership account having to match or anything about a Rewards membership at all
