I had bought a "fitness tracker" style wrist band for @ $28.00 just before going overseas to work for 6 months straight, so that it could be given to my wife on her birthday while I was gone. After returning home, she told me it did not stay sync'd up to the app well and didn't hold a charge well after only about 2 weeks of use. Well, now that I was home (6 months after purchase) I attempted to return it for a refund, as I had the receipt and original packaging..I was told NO, because It was more than 15 days since purchase. They could not show me the return policy on the receipt nor posted in the store. They had to pull it up on-line to tbe able to talk down to me even more. After asking if anyone buys presents months in advance anymore for holidays or birthdays, they said it's really not wise, because we can't protect you if it is past the date up to 90 max. After talking with 3 different level managers and some lady on the phone....I was refunded to get me to leave.
