I had bought some Christmas lights and some hangers for the lights on November of 2018. I didnt had time to decorate my home so I left all of the stuff in the wal mart bags. Just like I bought it I took it right back. Luckily I still had the receip of the lights, the hangers were bought the following week. So I take the stuff to wal mart and even though I had the receip for the lights the girl tells me she still needs to ask the manager if I could get my refund. I didnt say anything, but I thought to myself and have the receip for the lights and it hasnt past the 90 days, that wal mart now fights for.. So I waited and waited.. The gentleman comes and he really kindly tells the girl that I could get my refund. So then she notices that the other stuff wasnt. She tells me she needs to ask again if I can get my refund for the other stuff because I dnt have the receip for that. Then this other girl came and says they can give me the money for that but since the prices have changed they could only give me 10 CENTS FOR EACH ITEM. When it cost me $5 for them 3 other items!! Well I request to speak to the guy again and he tells me the same thing!!! Everything was still on its package and even in the wal mart bags! I showed the assistant manager the policy that wal mart shows on their website and he just standing there not knowing what to say.. I just told him right on their faces that this was some dumb wal mart what do they think. If they keep up with this horrible service they will eventually closed down!!
