I purchased a $20 hat from tjmaxx,and they forgot to take off the inventory tag.i returned asking if they can remove the tag.i brought it 3 weeks ago so of course I didn't have the receipt..they where very rud2 and of no help,said there's nothing they can do<br /> They cou8 look up the purchase,no store credit nothing.now I'm just stuck with a $20 hat I can't wear...FYI Burlington takes your phone number for returns in case you don't have a receipt..you guys should try the same.this is just ridiculous,I'm so disappointed
