I tried to return a defective dirt devil vacuum at the walmart in Beavercreek ohio. This was within the 90 days. I had used the vacuum a total of 5 to 7 times then it stop sucking. All the dust and dirt was collecting in the spin brush. When we tried to return the vacuum and again it was wit him 90 day, the manager Ariel said he had the right to refuse an exchange. He claimed it was die to the vacuum looking dirty... I tried to explain it was dirt cuz it was blow around the spin brush. He didn't care. I am days before hostomg christmas with no way to clean. Thank goodness the we asked to speak to the GM. He said he would override it just for this time. I ended up with a fixed vacuum but I was upset at the way I was treated. I didn't deserve to be talked to or trated that way, no one does.I try to be overly polite to cisomer service workers cuz they have to deal with some rough people but I don't feel like I was being one of those people. I WON'T GO BACK!! AND I HAVE ALREADY ENCOURAGED MY FRIENDS AND FAMILY TO USE A DIFFERENT WALMART.
