I went to Walmart in Temecula and trying to exchange a baby jumper that my Dauther got on her baby shower fora different baby jumper and the customer service helping me said I cant do that cause the jumper I'm exchanging is over $50 but the jumper I'm exchanging with is exactly the same price it's only an even exchange and I cant do that because I don't have a receipt I'm not happy at all I've been a Walmart shopper for a long time me and my family I've never had this problem before if it's gonna be like this at your store your store will lose slot of good loyal customer I just hope you guys can do something to keep us loyal customer happy what happen to you guys customer satisfaction thank you for your time to read my complaint.
